Gold Coast Private Apartments are fully self-contained and we do not provide onsite concierge, room service or complimentary housekeeping services during your stay, regardless of the length of booking.
Should you require any housekeeping services including change of linen and towels during your stay, please TEXT housekeeping on 0451 165 053 and housekeeping will provide a quotation and arrange accordingly.

In regards to luggage storage, we do not have a reception desk or offer this service, however there’s an internet café nearby that facilitates luggage storage, closer to check out your welcome to contact this internet café to arrange luggage storage, details are:

Yes, all Gold Coast Private Apartments guests have access to the property’s pools and gym.
The main pool area, The Deck, is located on Level 2 and features four pools; a kids splash pool, a 40m feature pool, a heated indoor pool, and a plunge pool.

We supply a small supply of kitchen and bathroom amenities to assist guests in settling in during the first night.

The nearest convenience stores are Woolworths, in the Paradise Centre (approximately 50 metres from the property) and Coles, in the Chevron Renaissance (about 80 metres from the property).

The Apartment Type determines the bond amount.

• 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments require a $300.00 bond
• 3 Bedroom Apartments require a $500.00 bond
• 4 Bedroom Apartments require a $1,000.00 bond

Upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment, bonds are returned within 7 days of check-out.
